The commercial value of a repeated rib is larger than its aesthetics. Add ribs and a 20 m² pod becomes 40, 60 or 120 m² without a new tool — the mould amortises across every project instead of one.
Standard parts: shell, rib, corner, end cap, window module, door module, service core, floor module, roof module, solar zone. Every family is built from the same part vocabulary, so a resort can mix pod types and still get one delivery, one crew and one spare-parts list.
9 m². Lowest technical risk: no HVAC, minimal services. This is where we learn export crating and site assembly.
24 m² hotel / glamping suite: bed, bathroom, kitchenette. The catalogue product the rest is judged against.
32 m² suite plus deck and moulded plunge pool. The strongest single image the brand can publish.
36 m² from repeated ribs. Not the prettiest of the five — the most important, because it proves the kit scales.
48 m² restaurant, reception or showroom. The door into architectural B2B tenders.
HONEST ENGINEERING
We say this before a client asks. The shell is what we make brilliantly; structure, insulation, fire performance, wind and snow loads, foundations, HVAC, energy codes and local permits are separate engineering layers, designed with licensed engineers in the destination country. Every pod quote separates the shell package from the building package, and we do not sell a shell as a certified structure.
